✨ Welcome Party & Sangeet (Optional)

🕕 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

We’re kicking off the wedding weekend with a warm welcome to Los Angeles, a toast to the solstice, and a night of dance and music. A Sangeet is a vibrant pre-wedding celebration that’s common in many Indian weddings, filled with music, dance, and joy. It’s meant to bring both families together to set the tone for the weekend - celebrating the couple’s union through performances, song, and story.

  • Getting there | There is limited street parking (and unlimited wine) so we encourage carpooling and ride shares as much as possible

  • 6:00 - 8:00 PM | Mix, mingle, sip, and snack! Enjoy wine, beer, pizza, and Indian bites.

  • 8:00 - 9:00 PM | Performances, dance, music, and toasts—a chance for everyone to share their stories. There will be cake too :)

  • After 10:00 PM | The night wraps and the bar opens to others, but those who want to keep the celebration going are more than welcome to stay later.

Dress Code: Indian-Optional / Los Angeles Date Night
Feel to wear bright colors or Indian attire if it calls you. But jeans, a sundress, the top you’ve been dying to show off, your Dodgers tee—anything goes!

🕠 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Join us for a night of love, rituals, and mezcal moves under the LA sky.

  • 5:30 PM | Arrival - Please arrive on time so that we can start the ceremony and festivities.

  • 5:45 - 6:45 PM | Ceremony – Vignettes of rituals and stories - followed by vows. Officiated by Caleb.

  • 6:45 - 7:45 PM | Cocktail Hour – The cocktails at Loreto are amazing - we can’t wait to share them with you.

  • 7:45 - 9:15 PM | Family-Style Outdoor Dinner – Ceviches, tostadas, tacos, and more (veg/vegan and gf options, of course). When you RSVP, please note allergies.

  • 9:00 | Dessert & Mezcal/Tequila Tasting Bar Opens – Something sweet and something strong and new to try.

  • 9:30 - 11:30 PM | Dancing, Dancing, Dancing! – Moves all night long.

  • 11:30 PM & Onward | After-Party at Zebulon – If you’ve got more in you, we’ll keep the party going 🪩

🚗 Getting There:
Uber/Rideshare highly recommended—VERY limited street parking available.

💃 Dress Code: Festive Cocktail
The vibe of Loreto is elevated warehouse inside, Baja desert outside—dress to match the magic. Think vibrant, earth tones, celebratory—whatever makes you feel dancey and dressy. Break the rules because there are none. Anything goes. We made a lil mini mood board for those who need extra inspiration.

LA nights can get chilly, and we’ll be mostly outside before dancing begins (weather permitting), so bring a layer!

Totally optional and totally open house! Drop by for coffee, bagels, and pastries, whether you want to chill for a bit, grab a bite before your flight, or just swing by for a quick goodbye.
